Why I’m Taking A Pause On Substack

Don't worry, I'll be back. But until then, it's build time.

Hi there, I hope you’re in good spirits.

I've truly loved my journey of publishing twice a week for the past six months. It's been an incredible experience, a learning adventure, and it's bestowed upon me a clarity of thought I've never before experienced.

I attribute a lot of this newfound clarity to my regular writing on Substack and the support from each one of you.

Despite this positive experience, I've decided to take a pause from publishing on Substack. It's not because I'm stopping writing altogether; in fact, it's quite the contrary.

My mind has been buzzing with thoughts, ideas, and reflections—so much so that I've created a Wiki just to house them all: https://wiki.garysheng.com/

I find myself in an intense period of creative flow, where ideas are spilling out of me, inspired by my travels and experiences from around the globe over the last six months. I've rediscovered a passion for life and a deep admiration for the Creator of all things. And I am making sense of it all, recording it, and sharing it in this Wiki.

As for my Substack, I plan to return to it when I have something significant to share, something that embodies progress toward the America 2.0 vision I laid out.

Through my many blog posts, I explicated a vision for America's future, an idea of the people, technologies, and energies that will take us there.

Now, it's time for me to switch gears and enter 'build mode'. I won't inundate your inbox with new posts until I have something worthwhile to share from this new endeavor.
